Gravitas Publications is a small, but growing, company with a small but friendly staff! We love to answer any questions about Real Science-4-Kids and though our office is not staffed daily, we try our best to return calls and emails within two business days.

Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days for a refund. Please contact us via phone or email before shipping and repack the products carefully so they arrive back in new condition. We will issue a refund upon receipt. Returns MUST be in new, unused condition, please!

Damaged Shipments: We hand-pack all our shipments to insure safe delivery, but sometimes damages do occur. If your order has been damaged in any way, please notify us via phone or email immediately. We will send a replacement that day, if possible. We will have you return the damaged product to us using the original packing if possible.

Back Orders: In an effort to provide the highest quality customer service, we try to keep our warehouse stocked. If one of the items you order is not in stock, we will not delay the shipment of your order. We will ship what we have in stock immediately and follow up with a second shipment when the back-ordered item arrives.
